Are’t you glad
So much to do
So much to buy
Shops are filled and
The christmas lights are on.
The house is full of food
Every cupbroad is packed with presents.
Christmas cards everywhere
Snow outside, crisp and cold
It is warm in here with the fire on
Waiting for the family to arrive
But there is someone missing
Someone special, someone important
Can’t find him anywhere
It would be so sad to not have him
There is so many people who don’t have him
But he is in my heart.
